What Chapter 13 work do you handle?
The petition, schedules, and the Chapter 13 plan itself; disposable-income and feasibility math; trustee correspondence and confirmation prep; and plan modifications and amended schedules through the plan term.
How much does Chapter 13 preparation cost?
$400 per case without plan drafting, or $500 with the Chapter 13 plan drafted. Emergency filing is $600 (or $700 with plan). Ongoing case management through the plan term is available at our $70/hour general rate.
