1. Who we are and who we serve
Paralegal Bankruptcy Services LLC ("PBS," "we," "us") provides bankruptcy paralegal preparation and support services to licensed attorneys and law firms. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not provide services to consumers or pro se (self-represented) debtors. Our services are performed under the supervision of the client's licensed attorney, who reviews, approves, signs, and files all work. By using this website you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. No legal advice; no attorney–client relationship
Nothing on this website is legal advice, and using the site or contacting us does not create an attorney–client relationship or any professional-services relationship. A services relationship with PBS is formed only through a signed written agreement. Information here is general and intended for licensed legal professionals evaluating our services.
3. Not a bankruptcy petition preparer
Because PBS works for and under the supervision of attorneys — never directly for debtors — PBS does not act as a "bankruptcy petition preparer" under 11 U.S.C. § 110. We do not prepare documents for, advise, or represent debtors.
4. Use of the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse or disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or submit others' sensitive personal information through the site. Please do not send debtor PII — such as Social Security numbers or financial account data — through the website contact form or email. Sensitive client data is handled only through our secure engagement process, not the website.
5. Intellectual property
The site's content, text, logos, and materials are owned by PBS or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and use the site to evaluate our services; you may not copy, republish, or use our content commercially without permission.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites, tools, or partners. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of site content or that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Any description of our services on the site is general; the actual scope of services is set by a signed services agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Our services (as distinct from the website) are governed by the limitations set out in the applicable signed services agreement.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
